Ashutosh is CEO & Co-Founder of Viven, building Digital Twins for the enterprise — intelligent counterparts that preserve knowledge, accelerate decisions, and scale human potential. Since 2016 he has also led Eightfold.ai as CEO & Co-Founder, the industry's first Talent Intelligence Platform. He earlier co-founded BloomReach, where he served as CTO from 2009 to 2016.
Before founding companies, he was a Staff Research Scientist at Google and held research roles at IBM Almaden and IBM TJ Watson. He holds a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering (AI/Machine Learning) from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from IIT Delhi. He also serves on the board of Bidgely and the Plaksha Technology Leaders advisory board.
